Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Consulting on pre-crisis and crisis management plans to ensure safe and effective interventions.

• Implementing behavioral guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and creating positive behavioral support strategies in collaboration with clinical team members.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with all regulatory requirements.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening techniques recommended by our clinical team to assess client progress regularly.

• Actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of care and improve service delivery.

• Establishing and fostering relationships with community organizations and governmental agencies to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must possess a valid independent LMHC license.
