Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs. This may involve detailed intake interviews and collaboration with family members or other care providers.

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, facilitating sessions that promote resilience and coping strategies for various life challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans tailored to the goals and objectives of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans based on progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a prerequisite for this position.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) is mandatory.
