Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to identify strengths and challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Educate clients and families about mental health concerns, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
