Working remotely from the comfort of your home, you will join a supportive virtual team that collaborates effectively to provide therapeutic services. Our practice operates primarily during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Century Road Counseling Center, your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Employing recognized evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and self-care strategies that promote mental wellness.

• Monitoring client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards while utilizing integrated electronic health record systems.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical effectiveness and stay informed about the latest in mood disorder treatments.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
