Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, emphasizing pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation timely, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of our services.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as instructed by the clinical team to ensure all assessments are grounded in current best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enact positive behavior support plans and provide guidance during accreditation and licensing processes.
\n
• Act as a liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners, fostering open communication to enhance resource availability and awareness.
\n
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs, identify potential partnerships, and secure funding opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities including conferences and task forces to continuously enhance your expertise and represent Mindful Empowerment Counseling Services.

• Incorporate the organization’s mission and values into your practice, advocating for our clients and community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of individuals facing mental health challenges, from those recovering from substance use disorders to clients with developmental disabilities. By establishing a therapeutic relationship with each client, you will help guide them through their personal recovery journeys, using evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
