Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional mental health services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community, discussion, and shared healing among clients.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling to help clients navigate personal obstacles and develop coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on working with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often grapples with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Applicants should hold a current license as a Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey (LPC). Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services, group therapy facilitation, and work with young adults will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n

Triangle Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
