Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, ensuring that client treatment plans reflect a full understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
