Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, specifically within a hospice context, in order to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to the unique challenges faced by patients in hospice care.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to establish realistic therapeutic goals, helping them navigate emotional and psychological challenges during this critical time.

• Utilize teletherapy to ensure all clients have access to necessary mental health support, particularly for those who may have mobility or accessibility concerns.
