Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships through empathetic engagement and evidence-based practices.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address any challenges, and determine appropriate steps for discharge planning when suitable.

• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are aligned with the client’s goals and progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client documentation, progress notes, and case files in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Perform intake assessments to establish initial client needs and develop appropriate care strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and adjust therapeutic approaches as required.

• Engage in individual supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in the use of technology including practice management systems and client documentation software.
\n
• Proven experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy services to clients of varying backgrounds and needs.

• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
