Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources for support.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals, ensuring strategies and interventions are evidence-based and effective.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety, formulating safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, promoting community through shared experiences and mutual support among participants.

Compensation and Benefits\n
