Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through individual consultations, gathering important information to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, and substance abuse.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, provide emotional support, and adjust therapy approaches as necessary for each client’s unique needs.

• Provide referrals to other specialists and healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes via electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care and share insights on client treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with a variety of mental health issues and diverse populations.
