Job Description Nous cherchons pour le compte d'une banque internationale basée à Casablanca, un Chef de Projet Support Core Banking. Mission: Support Applicatif : Le respect des engagements de traitements SLA, des incidents et des demandes d’assistance La mise en production des correctifs et leur suivi post MEP Garantir et contribuer au bon niveau de service des applications gérées et à l'amélioration de leurs performances Assurer la gestion des incidents en mode Astreintes Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus (identification et correction des dysfonctionnements et des problèmes, processus, etc) Suivre et réaliser les évolutions Mettre en production les évolutions et assurer le suivi post MEP Veiller à la mise en place des dispositifs de monitoring dans une approche proactive Reporting : Fournir la visibilité sur l’avancement des sujets au management et aux métiers Rendre compte au Manager du Support Applicatif de l’état d’avancement des évolutions Amélioration continue Contribuer aux études et analyses d'impacts concernant les adaptations SI sur son périmètre Maintenir les indicateurs de suivi et de performance Assurer la bonne application des pratiques Lean Management Définir, implémenter et optimiser les procédures d'assistance et s’assurer de leur confirmateur avec les normes de la banque Profil recherché : Consultant avec une expérience dans le domaine de support de minimum 4 ans, dans le domaine bancaire et plus précisément de l’application le CORE BANKING Amplitude Système d'information : Connaissances techniques applicatives et plus précisément CORE BANKING Amplitude, Connaissances techniques des domaines moyens de paiement, référentiels, engagements Bonne connaissance générale des systèmes d'information Ordonnanceurs de traitements, SQL, scripts shell, outil de testing Compétences fonctionnelles : Méthodologie de mise en place (conception, modélisation …) Techniques de gestion du projet (coordination, planification, suivi, reporting, remontée d’alertes...) Connaissance du métier de la banque Outils & environnements de développements et de tests Compétences comportementales : Capacité d’écoute Autonomie Prise d’initiative Communication orale et écrite Type de contrat: Freelance Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année) Lieu de la mission: Casablanca #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
