Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and review patient histories to ensure thorough evaluations of health conditions.
• Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to guide treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, particularly for patients with chronic or infectious diseases, balancing care requirements with patient preferences.
• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing patient evaluations and feedback, ensuring medication efficacy and safety.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures to empower informed health choices.
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records and schedules, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline care continuity.
• Engage in daily rounds to coordinate care across various departments and foster relationships with both patients and staff.

Compensation and Benefits
