Work Environment

You will work onsite at our hospital facility, a dynamic and supportive environment where innovation and collaboration flourish. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories of patients seeking care.
• Review and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood work, X-rays, and other imaging studies to inform patient diagnoses.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions, particularly within the realm of family medicine.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic conditions, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses, making adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records, following established policies for documentation and information management.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive measures, and ongoing health management.
• Actively participate in daily rounds and collaborative care meetings, contributing to a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care strategies within our patient population.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in primary care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and health statuses. Our focus is on providing comprehensive family healthcare, ensuring that all patients receive personalized and respectful treatment. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Possession of current Physician Assistant certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a family health clinic or comparable healthcare setting.
• Specialization or strong expertise in family medicine preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Ethical approach and unwavering dedication to patient-centered care principles.
• A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to a team-based care atmosphere.
• DEA certification is required.

Preferred Experience

• Extensive clinical experience in primary care settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient needs with patience and empathy.
• Previous experience implementing health promotion and preventive care initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will also receive a robust benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
