Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling sessions to adults, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Document and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, offering guidance, resources, and strategies to promote emotional wellbeing.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic practices and stay abreast of the latest clinical developments.

• Participate in training programs that further develop your skills and expand your therapeutic modality knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult patients who seek help for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment that encourages open communication and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills to produce comprehensive session notes and treatment documentation.

• Clear record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in various evidence-based modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
