Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Central Ohio Territory We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Central Ohio territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development , new client acquisition, and relationship building. Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Conduct client meetings and deliver value-driven presentations Develop and execute territory sales strategies Negotiate and close new business opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales/business development Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience preferred Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel Bachelor's degree preferred Additional Information Candidates must be located in the Central Ohio area or willing to self-relocate.
