Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students and families, identifying mental health concerns and devising appropriate treatment plans based on best practices.

• Administer a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate a comprehensive approach to care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings aimed at boosting the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary for improved mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to build trust and establish rapport with students and their families will be critical to facilitating effective interventions that enhance their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on psychotherapy and working with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
