This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment. You will have the opportunity to craft your own schedule, with full-time options exceeding 30 hours per week, as well as part-time roles available for those who prefer to work at least 5 hours weekly. Working from your home office, you will deliver services through a user-friendly online counseling platform, ensuring you have the resources needed to thrive in a compassionate and adaptable setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional, ethical, and empathetic mental health counseling to clients through video chat sessions, addressing their unique challenges and needs.

• Conduct comprehensive ongoing assessments to gauge client progress and adapt personalized treatment plans as necessary.

• Equip clients with practical coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication skills designed to enhance their personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients when required.

• Maintain accurate client records with minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus primarily on clinical care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and adjustment issues. By providing a safe and accepting space for therapy, you will play an instrumental role in aiding them toward achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, independent license in Texas as a mental health practitioner (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD).
\n
• Possession of a professional license without any disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with proficient computer literacy to navigate our digital counseling tools.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate seamless video communication

• Experience in providing remote counseling or telehealth services is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
