City Year
As an Academic Tutor & Mentor with City Year in the Educational Services industry, you will serve in a partner public school, supporting students’ academic and personal growth. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will provide in-class and small-group tutoring in core subjects, reinforce lessons, and coach students in organization and study skills. You will build strong, supportive relationships that promote social-emotional development and a positive school climate. At City Year, you’ll join a collaborative, inclusive culture grounded in social justice, leadership development, and personal growth. You’ll receive training, ongoing coaching, and professional development while working closely with teachers and a diverse team to help students stay on track to graduate.
