Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather relevant information about clients' backgrounds, concerns, and treatment goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring the most effective interventions are employed.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, responding to urgent situations and working alongside other first responders to ensure client safety and access to appropriate care.

• Keep meticulous records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting client progress and treatment efficacy as part of an ongoing evaluation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups. Our primary focus encompasses clients dealing with mental health disorders, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in outpatient therapy settings.

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills, with an ability to assess complex situations effectively.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health issues, particularly related to adolescents and co-occurring disorders.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective therapy sessions and collaborate with colleagues.
