Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, forming clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, implementing tailored therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients presenting with acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
