Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mental Edge Behavioral Clinic, your daily tasks will include:

• Maintaining meticulous records by completing all client notes and documentation promptly to ensure compliance with clinical standards and improve care continuity.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments with clients and managing your calendar efficiently to optimize your availability and support client needs.

• Utilizing our billing service for efficient claims processing, management of client accounts, and insurance verification to allow you to focus on therapy rather than administrative tasks.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists, participating in case discussions, and sharing knowledge to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients within the hospice setting, where you will provide emotional support and counseling services to individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field.

• Current and active LCSW licensure to practice independently in Texas.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, with the flexibility to work at least two evenings per week to accommodate client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
