Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, focusing on students' social, emotional, and academic challenges using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and compliant patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of student information.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions, aiding in the cultivation of best practices and ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily engage with students ranging from elementary through high school who may be facing a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n
