Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring consistent follow-up to track client advancement.

• Actively engage in the multidisciplinary team process, collaborating with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to enhance the treatment framework for each client.

• For those with Level II Additional Duties, provide mentorship and supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors to foster their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals managing substance use disorders and various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active, and valid licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through the Board of Behavioral Science.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, providing a strong foundation in mental health practices and therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience focused on treating mood disorders, including substance use and complex mental health conditions.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), demonstrating a commitment to best practices in therapy.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

• A proven track record of successful outcomes in treating mood disorders, showcasing your expertise in clinical settings.

• Excellent communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
