Pricing Consultant

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Consultant for our P&C Insurance client on a project basis. This role is fully remote.

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to P&C insurance pricing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
• Partner with actuarial and underwriting teams to support pricing strategy, rate development, and performance analysis.
• Lead efforts to modernize pricing tools, models, and systems, leveraging data and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Drive process improvements across pricing workflows, reducing manual processes and increasing automation.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to implement new pricing platforms, tools, and data integrations.
• Monitor key pricing and operational KPIs, including loss ratios, pricing accuracy, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance related to pricing and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant P&C Insurance experience with strong exposure to pricing, underwriting, or actuarial functions.
• FCAS or ACAS qualifications preferred.
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
