Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of your patients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique situations and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that focus on various mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts.

• Provide ongoing case management by coordinating care with other providers, handling patient referrals, and maintaining communication with clients and their families.

• Document all patient interactions and care provided in their permanent medical records according to established medical-legal standards.

• Stay informed about latest trends and best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families who are facing a variety of mental health issues. Our patients often deal with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing tailored therapeutic support that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active independent license in the state of Oregon or the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Possessing licenses in multiple states is a significant advantage.
