Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, allowing for precise diagnosis and tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement customized therapeutic programs to meet the specific goals and challenges of clients, ensuring therapeutic interventions are relevant and effective.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, providing a secure environment for clients to express themselves and work toward recovery.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create comprehensive care pathways, enhancing communication and streamline treatment processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
