Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to clearly identify the mental health needs of clients, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families through a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to ensure our clients receive coordinated and comprehensive support across all areas of their care.

• Deliver crisis intervention as needed for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or critical situations, effectively using your skills to manage and de-escalate emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, reflective of your skills and experience.
