Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for intervention, using standardized assessment tools and techniques.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address specific mental health goals and foster resilience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and share knowledge with fellow counselors.

Compensation and Benefits\n
