This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both our counselors and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans.

• Lead one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, actively tailoring your approach to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and continuous care during the therapeutic journey.

• Engage in regular professional development training to stay updated on the latest methodologies and counseling practices.

• Propose and participate in program development initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and expanding client support offerings.

• Provide targeted therapies addressing an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, delivering immediate support and safety measures to clients in distress.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of client records, adhering to all ethical standards and healthcare regulations.

• Remain informed about current research and advancements in the mental health field to better serve our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client demographic across Lancaster and beyond, providing therapy that reflects the cultural and individual uniqueness of each person. Your interactions will involve addressing complex emotional challenges faced by clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing inclusivity and understanding in all therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience working with individuals who face emotional distress is preferred but not required.

• A proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems will be considered an asset.
\n
• Commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating the ability to provide inclusive and affirming care for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective collaboration and documentation.
\n
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually . Additional benefits include a monthly healthcare stipend and the opportunity for free access to our telehealth services as a client, ensuring you maintain wellness while supporting your clients.
