Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to foster both patient recovery and therapist collaboration. You will work alongside a team of forward-thinking professionals in a low-volume setting that enhances interaction and care depth with each patient. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of each patient to create individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and timelines for recovery.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and innovative equipment, such as Normatec and the Neubie by NeuFit, to enhance treatment efficacy and patient engagement.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring seamless communication with other healthcare providers regarding treatment protocols and patient needs.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries diligently, utilizing allocated time for administrative tasks effectively.
• Participate in follow-up communications with current and prospective patients to ensure continuity of care and foster client relationships.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights and approaches, ensuring comprehensive care is delivered to each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is primarily composed of athletic and motivated individuals aged 35 and above. Clients range from elite and professional athletes to active teens with orthopedic conditions, all of whom share a commitment to their health and recovery. Working with motivated clients who follow their home exercise programs yields remarkable outcomes, making our environment dynamic and rewarding for both clients and practitioners alike.

Qualifications

• Active California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy role.
• Proficient manual therapy skills with a strong commitment to patient-focused care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a supportive team-oriented environment, valuing collaborative care.

Preferred Experience

• Certification or experience in Pilates is highly regarded.
• Training in NAIOMT or IASTM methods is beneficial.
• Interest or experience in teaching small group fitness classes to enhance community engagement.
• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
