Position Overview We are actively seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at Pro Elite Physical Therapy Clinic in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional therapy services in an orthopedic outpatient setting. As a key player in our rehabilitation center, you will work directly with patients to enhance their physical capabilities and improve their overall quality of life.

Assess patients' physical conditions and identify specific rehabilitation goals and requirements to create individualized treatment plans.

Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, allowing personalized attention and in-depth engagement during therapy sessions.

Employ manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities specifically designed for orthopedic conditions.

Promote alternatives to surgical procedures through proactive treatment approaches, while reducing reliance on medications.

Document patient progress and treatment plans clearly and comprehensively, ensuring consistent interdisciplinary communication.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care.

Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly and adjust therapeutic approaches based on patient response to therapy.

The Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse group of patients ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic conditions. Each case presents a unique set of challenges and goals, allowing our therapists to utilize their expertise and creativity in developing individualized treatment plans. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist in California with an impeccable professional record.

Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT.

Dedication to providing high-quality patient care with a strong emphasis on patient motivation and support.

Experience in developing community outreach programs or patient education workshops is a plus.
