Work Environment

Located in a convenient area with easy access to patients from surrounding communities, our clinic fosters a collaborative team environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will work on-site, engaging directly with patients and collaborating closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our clinic is equipped with the latest therapeutic devices and technology, providing you with the resources needed to deliver effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' rehabilitation goals and requirements through thorough evaluations and personalized consultations.
• Manage and maintain a patient caseload, ensuring individualized attention to one patient per hour to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to enhance patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and techniques to educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and progress toward recovery.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journeys, facilitating adherence to prescribed exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care services, treatment progress, and evaluations in accordance with clinic standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of treatment.
• Evaluate and monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals experiencing orthopedic conditions affecting their mobility and physical function. Patients may include athletes recovering from injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation cases, and individuals seeking to improve their physical activity levels. Your role as a Physical Therapist will directly influence their recovery journeys, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated professional integrity with no history of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a focus on orthopedic applications.
• Exceptional skill in developing patient-centered exercise protocols tailored to individual needs.
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient clinic setting.
• Experience developing fitness and wellness programs to support patients' long-term health goals.
• Knowledge of alternative treatment methods that reduce reliance on medications or surgical interventions.
• Familiarity with current trends and research in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
