Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines.

• Utilize a combination of manual therapy, advanced therapeutic exercises, and high-tech modalities to facilitate recovery.

• Document patient progress, clinical summaries, and treatment modifications, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

• Engage with patients through one-on-one sessions, including follow-ups and new patient calls, allowing ample time for personalized interactions and inquiries.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies, fostering a team-based approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of active and athletic individuals aged 35 and over, including elite and professional athletes, as well as children and teens managing orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a physical therapist.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a physical therapy role, ideally with a focus on outpatient orthopedics.

• Ability to teach small group fitness classes (3-6 participants) in areas such as Pilates or athletic training preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation is valued but not required.

• Certifications in Pilates, NAIOMT training, and IASTM techniques are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
