Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals at the start of each client relationship.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients facing urgent mental health crises.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and informing them about available resources for support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports, in compliance with required legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience.
