Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans addressing specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, including the proper use of assistive devices, self-care strategies, and physical therapy exercises.
• Document treatment sessions accurately within our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and effective communication with other healthcare providers.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss complex cases, and refine best practices to improve overall patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in electronic health record systems, and familiar with standard office software.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly with sports medicine or post-operative rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
