Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our organization, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as an Independent Contractor, managing your practice with the support of Wellness Waves.

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of senior clients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their psychological and emotional challenges.

• Providing individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions focused on the unique concerns of older adults, ensuring a compassionate and understanding environment.

• Researching and referring clients to additional community resources and services, enhancing their overall support systems.

• Documenting sessions and treatment plans accurately and maintaining all client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients residing in hospice care, where you will navigate the complexities of end-of-life issues, grief, and loss. You will work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams to address emotional distress and foster a supportive environment during a critical time in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
