Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand patient concerns and effectively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral problems.

• Providing individual, family, and group counseling enriched with an evidence-based, culturally competent approach that respects diverse backgrounds.

• Maintaining accurate and updated clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to support quality care delivery.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and educational institutions, to integrate care and address client needs holistically.

• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance skills and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LPC license with an active MHSP designation in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is expected, with an emphasis on therapeutic practice.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed care, strengths-based methodologies, or cognitive-behavioral therapies.
