Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of crucial clinical tasks, including:

• Directing and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, prevent disability, and restore functional mobility in clients according to established care protocols.

• Overseeing the work of Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring that treatment plans are executed effectively and encourage best care practices.

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients through diagnostic tests to assess muscle, joint, and nerve function, and devising actionable rehabilitation interventions.

• Advising on environmental modifications to clients' homes to promote independence and effective rehabilitation strategies.

• Administering both manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises, including traction and massage, to enhance recovery.

• Selecting, fitting, and adjusting prosthetic and orthotic devices as necessitated by clients' treatment progress while collaborating with physicians for necessary modifications.

• Documenting patient evaluations, care plans, and progress notes meticulously in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care plans, share insights on patient progress, and modify treatment strategies as needed.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
