Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, determining individualized treatment approaches.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that align with the physician's directives and leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Delivering care across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Maintaining a high level of patient interaction by demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to patient satisfaction.
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, sharing insights and treatment results that enhance collective practices.
• Providing educational resources and training to patients and their caregivers, fostering independence and promoting long-term wellness.
• Meeting established utilization goals and adhering to organizational objectives to enhance departmental performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to both clinical and educational settings.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer tools.

Preferred Experience

We value hands-on experience, and the following are preferred:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Two years of clinical experience in a diverse rehabilitation setting.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
