Deaconess Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Ashburn, Virginia facility. As a full-time member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients to assist them in recovery from injuries, surgeries, and various health conditions. Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique therapeutic goals and needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to achieve optimum results.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercises, lifestyle changes, and the use and fitting of assistive devices for improved self-care and mobility.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and share insights on patient progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
