Work Environment

This role requires an onsite presence, providing care primarily in patients' homes within the Ashburn, Virginia area. Working closely with patients in a familiar setting allows for more effective rehabilitation and helps to establish stronger patient-therapist rapport. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, which includes detailed assessments and reviews of medical history to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and proposed treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring that they are part of the decision-making process and goal setting.
• Implement therapeutic protocols efficiently, adjusting techniques based on real-time feedback from patients and observable outcomes.
