Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain an ideal work-life balance. You will experience a supportive and collaborative virtual workspace, partnering with other mental health professionals to provide the highest quality care. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an emphasis on normal business hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client symptoms to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs, goals, and personal preferences, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in managing their symptoms and improving their mental wellness.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Monitor and track clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting their plans as necessary to ensure they are receiving optimal care.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, enhancing the integrated services we provide to our clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments specific to mood disorders to improve treatment approaches and outcomes.

• Document client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including those coping with depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique challenges and treatment needs. Your empathy and expertise will be critical in building rapport and fostering recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential for this role.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and ability to work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication skills that enable the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
