This full-time position allows you to work remotely while delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse clientele. Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing for flexibility and a comfortable workspace conducive to effective therapy. Our clinic utilizes advanced telehealth technologies to ensure seamless communication with both patients and multidisciplinary team members, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care. You can expect a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately understand patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans, taking into consideration each patient's unique circumstances.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, during one-on-one sessions as well as group therapy settings.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to foster a supportive community atmosphere where patients can share experiences and gain insights on coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that effectively addresses the multifaceted needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records, ensuring compliance with both legal guidelines and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings, case consults, and professional development activities to continuously refine your skills and knowledge.
\n
• Stay abreast of the latest research and treatment advancements in mental health to incorporate new findings beneficial for your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will work with patients from different backgrounds and life experiences, allowing you to deepen your cultural competence and adapt therapeutic approaches to meet each person's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey is mandatory.
\n
• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods.
\n
• Experience and proven success in individual and group therapy, especially with diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services and providing remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
