Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centered Mind Therapy, you will: \n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying individual and family dynamics that impact mental health. \n Provide therapy to couples, facilitating joint sessions and individual meetings to address relational complexities. \n Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on approaches that integrate evidence-based practices. \n Address a variety of issues including but not limited to conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients' progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in their mental health status. \n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care; engage in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and case management. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your role will entail working directly with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges. You will be responsible for tailoring therapeutic techniques to cater to various issues like alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, familial conflicts, separation, and divorce.
