Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Timely and accurately complete all documentation according to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs, leveraging analytical skills to inform treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans that empower clients toward personal growth.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization's compliance and quality assurance efforts.

• Serve as a liaison with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to optimize client support and access to resources.

Qualifications\n
