Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions for low-acuity adult clients in a hospice care environment, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional states to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, primarily using solution-focused therapy techniques to address client goals.

• Continuously monitor client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.

• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and skills essential for managing their conditions and improving their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on adults in a hospice care setting. You will work with clients who are dealing with various stages of terminal illnesses, necessitating sensitivity and empathy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure in Pennsylvania as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or acceptable equivalent licenses (LMFT, LPC, or PsyD).

• No limited, provisional licenses, or candidates with a history of disciplinary actions will be considered.
