Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and understand the unique needs of each client during initial consultations.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals and challenges.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to guide interventions, using a variety of methods available on our platform, including video counseling and interactive goal-tracking.

• Maintain thorough, accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Stay engaged with clients by regularly updating treatment plans and facilitating ongoing support through problem-solving and therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in collaborative discussions with a community of over 10,000 fellow therapists for peer support and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief. Our platform ensures that you work with clients who fit your areas of expertise, allowing for better engagement and more effective treatment outcomes. Importantly, there are no children or severe mental health cases referred to your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted LPC license without any disciplinary actions.

• Reliable internet connection and a computer (desktop or laptop) to access our telehealth platform.
