Job Description Lead strategic growth in high-voltage interconnect solutions with Teledyne Reynolds! For over 60 years, we’ve delivered the highest quality products for defense, aerospace, medical, energy, and space industries. What You’ll Do Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports across a cross-functional group Manage internal sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals Manage customer service and costing processes Identify and pursue growth opportunities and protect incumbent base Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadershipTravel up to 25% What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (required) Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations leadership (required) Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset (required) Excellent leadership and communication skills (required) Experience with CRM/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills (required) Must be a U.S. Citizen (required) MBA (advantage) Familiarity with electronics assembly processes (advantage) Salary Range $120,300.00 - $160,400.00 Teledyne is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
