Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing various diagnostic tools to understand the complexities of each client's situation and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions to address specific mental health conditions.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the quality of care provided.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, facilitating case discussions and coordinating care strategies to holistically meet clients’ needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through peer review meetings and case consultations to continuously enhance the quality of services we provide.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and community resources to empower their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
